Biography
Acting: The first show I was ever in was in elementary school, performing in "The Lady and the Tramp". I then perfomed in the middle school school drama club version of "Cinderella". I have taken several acting classes at a local theatre company with roles in three plays. I also recently performed in skits at a church program.

Musical: I am in the school chorus. I have also had many solo parts and some duet in my church's Christmas Shows. I play the flute in the middle school concert band.

Academic: I'm going into 8th grade in September 2008. All honor classes. I am in the National Junior Honor Society.

Other: I participate in various service activities through the middle school and through my church, and have earned high level bible study achievements in our girls' program in church. I incorporate my Jewish culture into application of bible study. I occasionally help as a teacher's assistant in Sunday school classes, and worked as a campers aid recently for 3, 4, 5, and 6 year olds.
Background
I have gone to NYSSMA (New York State School Music Association) for four years in a row for my flute, and for two years in a row for vocal. I achieved very good scores each time. I got into SCMEA (Suffolk County Music Educators Association) for my flute once, and was nominated once for vocal. I went with my school chorus to NYSSMA Majors two years in a row as well. I'm also in all honors classes in middle school, have a mid 90's average, and am in the National Junior Honor Society.
Personal interests
I love to act, draw, read, sing, and bowl. Acting is a passion of mine and I hope to create a future for myself in it. I draw a lot and love to draw people and create clothing designs. I love to read and devour books very quickly. I really get into my books, and don't like when they end. My favorite types are books that are like diaries. I really get into their life and know everything about that charcter. I have fun singing and memorize song VERY fast! I can make a song out of anything and everything. I have been bowling since I was 7.
Entertainment Goals
I hope to become a film, stage, or TV actress because I love to act. I love to be in front of the camera!!! I'd love the oppurtunity to work in a small film or show. Pretty much anything would make me happy. Even a tiny role is something to enjoy! Acting is SO much fun and I LOVE it! I love to jump into a different personality, and experience life through another person's eyes and viewpoint. I feel acting is an excellent way to bring a message out to people through the portrayal of the character's role, and it's exciting to have the opportunity to do that. I also love to sing so I also wouldn't mind a future with that. I thank any casting directors or agents who are reading through my profile. Srry i took forever to comment you back but yes SSC did help me land a part on The Next Child Superstar! Well all u basically have to do is Upgrade your profile to Silver,Gold,Platinum or Diamond. Then when you go to look at the auditions on the site you'll actually be able to get the casting directors contact info. Thats basically what i did and now im this much closer to my dream...i really hope i answered your question. Good luck!! -Mariah

ohi get what your saying! i have seen that with every concert i have gone to. it's because they're singing live and on the cd ( where they sound perfect!) they change it just a little bit to make it sound better. i'm not trying to sound like i know everything by the way. but it doesn't matter. talk to you soon!

how do you know she lip syncs? plus if a song is remixed it would be really hard to sing live. but i saw her live and i couldn't tell at all. so how do you have proof she lip syncs? she has said before that she would never do anything like that. she hates it when people do that.

well idk, lol, i just kindof get a bunch of emails, lol. like i just got 2 emails for being and extra and 'performer' in camp rock 2 and some other shows so yeah. but ive been singing and partly acting since i was just a little girl, so the buisness is kinda insane when i was little, but i read your profile and you sound like you've got alott in you, so just keep going and doing what your doing, i real sure that youll reach your goal:)
